Surface Preparation
This module focuses on the diagnosis of defects occurring in metal surface preparation stages before enamel coating, root cause analysis, and permanent solutions. The aim is for the participant to learn not only “what it is” but also “why it happens and how to prevent it.”
Enamel Preparation (Slip & Rheology)
In wet enamel applications, enamels must be prepared in slip form using wet grinding technology. Alternatively, the enamel supplier grinds the enamel dry (premix/RTU), and the user makes it ready for use by mixing it only with water.
Electrostatic Enamel Booth
The electrostatic spraying method of porcelain enamel powder has become a globally accepted technology today. The spread of this technology in the last 30–40 years has provided significant advantages with reduced production costs and increased process efficiency.
Model Factory Enamel Furnace Training
